Eric Gauthier

Eric joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2019, and has taken on the role of DRT Operations Manager. Eric holds certifications including IICRC Water Restoration, IIRC Fire Restoration, GLSTC Safety, OSHA 30 and Asbestos Contractor Supervisor. His current focus is coordinating and managing our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.

Levi Kauffman

Levi joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2022, and has taken on the role of Project Manager with our Disaster Recovery Team. Before joining the restoration industry, Levi worked in federal law enforcement. Levi attended Patrick Henry College and holds certifications including IICRC Water, Fire and Smoke. His current focus is coordinating between our sales team and large customers to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects. In Levi’s free time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball.

Josh Elzinga

Josh joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2024, and has taken on the role of Project Manager. Before joining Team Miller, Josh spent 3 years working as a project manager in the restoration industry, and earned a Millwright Tradesman Card. His current focus is supervising and coordinating various team members and contractors to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects. In his free time, he enjoys deer hunting, walleye and salmon fishing, and horseback riding.

Justin Burtch

Justin joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2016, and has taken on the role of Large Loss Abatement Project Manager and Technical Specialist with our Disaster Recovery Team. During his tenure with Team Miller, Justin also has worked as facility manager and purchasing. He attended INSTE Global Bible College, and holds certifications in Lead Renovator Initial, Applied Microbial Remedial Technician, IICRC Water Damage and Microbial Remediation, Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, and OSHA 30. His current focus is coordinating between our sales team and large customers to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.

Judd Woods

Judd joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2016, and has taken on the role of Large Loss Project Manager with our Disaster Recovery Team. During his tenure at Team Miller, Judd also worked as Safety Director and Transport Coordinator. Judd holds multiple certifications including OSHA 30 Construction Safety, Contractor Supervisor, TWIC and a Class A CDL. His current focus is supervising and coordinating various team members and contractors to ensure our Disaster Recovery Team’s nationwide large-scale cleaning, fire and flood projects and completed on schedule, to plan and meet quality standards. This work includes hurricane response and large-scale COVID-19 cleaning projects.

Nate Boucher

Nate joined SERVPRO® Team Miller in 2017, and has taken on the role of Project Estimator/Auditor with our Disaster Recovery Team and across all franchise locations. During his tenure at Team Miller, Nate also worked as Xactimate Specialist and IT. Before coming to Team Miller, Nate spent 3 years as a residential reconstruction project manager. He attended Western Michigan University. His current focus is to estimate and invoice large commercial losses along with collecting final payments. His work involves travel, sketching and reporting estimates of anything related to time and materials to fellow team members. In Nate’s free time, he enjoys athletics, coaches high school football and travel baseball, plus hunting and fishing.
